Summary: Maintain a corporate profit contribution by managing staff, promoting a safe environment, and establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Develops and maintains an effective organization through recruiting, training, coaching and disciplining staff; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and appraising job results as well as instituting salaries and developing incentives.*
2. Review and maintain plant operations with staff, P&L and outside resources to facilitate corporate objectives.*
3. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurements; allocating resources, reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections as required for profit sustainability.*
4. Coordinates effort by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.*
5. Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees and enforcing ethical business practices.*
6. Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing ND business standards.*
7. Ensures maintenance of facility equipment, machinery, and building structure.*

Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Develops and maintains an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of all production personnel.
2. Develops and maintains a program for sound employee relations with production personnel at all levels of the organization.
3. Provides guidance and direction to production employees to assist in their professional development.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required; and minimum 5 years management experience required.
